Simply Hired Partners with Taleo to Extend the Taleo Talent Exchange

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Sep 30, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- TLEO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Simply Hired, the largest job search engine and recruitment advertising network, today announced its partnership with Taleo (NASDAQ:TLEO) to help launch Taleo's newly introduced Talent Exchange(R). Part of Taleo's Talent Grid(R) cloud community, the Talent Exchange is a collaborative online marketplace where candidates and companies connect. Through this partnership, Simply Hired will provide job seekers on the Talent Exchange with direct access to their database of more than three million U.S. job listings and provide Taleo customers with the ability to expose their own job openings.

The Taleo Talent Exchange has the potential to bring together more than 500,000 new jobs and 13 million applicants each quarter into one online community. Here, companies can highlight job openings and source opt-in candidates directly into their Taleo Recruiting(TM) solution. Likewise, candidates can create a universal profile -- a robust, differentiating experience summary -- that they can share across prospective Taleo employers on the Talent Exchange.

Taleo has implemented a source tracking capability, which will automatically track candidates from SimplyHired.com's network through Taleo Recruiting -- enabling customers to accurately determine recruiting effectiveness and ROI. This unique source tracking capability provides Taleo clients with a turn-key way to measure candidate flow from an unprecedented number of sites across the Web. Also, as part of the partnership, Taleo and Simply Hired are working together to utilize the universal profile to improve the candidate search experience and to enable candidates to complete their universal profile on the SimplyHired.com website.
