Tata Interactive Systems today announced that it has partnered with Bersin & Associates, the leading research and advisory firm focused on enterprise learning and talent management, on the agenda for its upcoming Tata Interactive Learning Forum, an annual, exclusive executive event scheduled for October 28 -30, at the St Julien Hotel and Spa in Boulder, CO.
The invitation-only forum is targeted to leading thinkers and decision makers in enterprise learning. The event offers executives a unique opportunity to meet other learning leaders, determine optimal strategies for their organizations, preview some of the latest products and technologies, and examine case studies of key learning initiatives at other global companies.
Josh Bersin, president, will open the event with the keynote presentation, "Maximizing the Business Impact of Corporate Learning." Bob Danna, executive vice president and COO, will also present on the topic, "Building a High-Impact Learning Organization." Both presentations are based on Bersin & Associates' ongoing research into corporate learning and talent management. Both presentations will include findings from the company's recently published study, High-Impact Learning Practices: The Guide to Modernizing Your Corporate Training Strategy through Social and Informal Learning.
The forum will also include case studies and panel discussions featuring executives from companies such as AT&T, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, Sun Microsystems, Boeing, The Nielson Company, and CA.
