According to the company, the new service and tire center is over 6,200sqft with eight service bays. Services from maintenance and repair to tire installation are available, along with a small assortment of retail merchandise, service-related items and convenience products.
Joe Cirelli, senior vice president of corporate development at Pep Boys, said: "We are very excited to be expanding Pep Boys by leading with our service business. Opening a service and tire center in Elgin as a complement to our existing supercenters in the surrounding area means we will be able to serve and satisfy customers in this neighborhood easily and conveniently."
