The crash occurred around 2 a.m. on Allegheny River Boulevard near Sandy Creek Road, said Penn Hills police Sgt. Paul Markham.
The portion of road was closed for nearly eight hours.
Police did not have the identities of the crash victims nor could they say where they were transported for treatment.
