Figueroa is considered "missing and endangered," according to a news release from the Kissimmee Police Department.
He escaped at about 6:30 p.m. Friday and is still missing this morning, according to Stacie Miller, a spokeswoman for the Kissimmee Police Department.
Anyone who finds him should "proceed with caution" and "and contact Kissimmee Police immediately at 407-846-3333," a statement from police said.
