ZYGO and Toho Announce Strategic Business Partnership

MIDDLEFIELD, CT, Oct 05, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- ZIGO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Zygo Corporation (NASDAQ: ZIGO | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) and Toho Technology Corporation of Nagoya, Japan today announced a strategic business partnership, pursuant to which Toho will have the exclusive right to ZYGO's technology in the manufacturing and distribution of products to the large substrate Flat Panel Display (FPD) market.
