Allergan Schedules Quarterly Conference Call

Oct 06, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- AGN | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Allergan, Inc. said that it invites you to listen to David Pyott, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and Jeff Edwards, Executive Vice President, Finance and Business Development, Chief Financial Officer, discuss the Company's third quarter 2009 results on Thursday, October 29.

In a release, the Company noted event details:

The live Webcast can be accessed through the Allergan Web site, allergan.com, beginning at 8 a.m. Pacific Time. A replay of the discussion will be available shortly after the call and can be accessed through allergan.com, or by dialing 1-866-475-3534 for domestic locations or 1-203-369-1510 for international locations. A passcode will not be required. The replay will be available for one week following the live call.

IAllergan said that it is its policy to comply fully with Regulation FD. Therefore, Allergan intends to utilize this Webcast event to discuss financially oriented goals and objectives and to disclose material Company and industry-based topics in an open manner. Allergan does not plan to report or comment on its progress during the current fiscal quarter. Any statement made by others with respect to progress mid-quarter cannot be attributed to Allergan. During a quarter, Allergan's commentary will be limited to discussions of public information, such as historic financial performance, and matters that are deemed to be immaterial.
