Lennar Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividends

MIAMI, Oct 06, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- LEN | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Lennar Corporation (NYSE: LEN and LEN.B), one of the nation's largest homebuilders, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share for both Class A and Class B common stock payable on November 13, 2009 to holders of record at the close of business on October 23, 2009.

Lennar Corporation, founded in 1954, is one of the nation's leading builders of quality homes for all generations. The Company builds affordable, move-up and retirement homes primarily under the Lennar brand name. Lennar's Financial Services segment provides primarily mortgage financing, title insurance and closing services for both buyers of the Company's homes and others.
