PowerRating -- Owner and operator of a diversified portfolio of energy assets Energy
Transfer Partners LP (ETP) (NYSE:ETP) closed its public offering of 7m
common units representing limited partner interests at USD41.27 per
common unit that included the full exercise of the underwriters'
over-allotment option of 900,000 common units.
Proceeds will repay outstanding amounts under ETP's revolving credit
facility, the company stated on Tuesday.
The acted as joint book-running managers were Morgan Stanley, Barclays
Capital, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities, while
acting as co-managers were BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, RBC Capital
Markets and Stifel Nicolaus.
