Over 400 enthusiastic bidders filled the large ballroom at The Westin Calgary anxious to bid on one of the mostly two-bedroom condos featuring eleven floor plans ranging in size from 807 to 1,257 +/- square feet of living space with bright, open designs, spacious balconies, and barbeque decks which provide picture-postcard views of the Lake and the surrounding Columbia Valley.
The bidding started as low as $85,000 on these new condos which were previously priced up to $580,000 and in less than two-hours, there were 33 sales totaling more than $8 million.
