MyStarU.com, Inc. is pleased to announce Guangzhou Subaye, a majority-owned subsidiary of MyStarU.com, Inc. completed the acquisition of a 50% ownership interest in 3 straight industry online portals from Aixi Software, a Guangzhou City software developer. Aixi will continue to own a 25% interest in the joint venture. The remaining 25% of the joint venture is owned by industry associations operated by the Chinese local government agencies. The 3 straight industry online portals can be found at "dhome.subaye.com," "travel.subaye.com" and "machine.subaye.com." These online portals will focus on provides B2B services to industry association's members and supporting by the industry associations through the distribution of detailed and current industry information. In connection with the joint venture investment, approximately 11,000 small to medium sized businesses ("SMEs") became new members of www.subaye.com.
