Falcon coach Angie Corwine hopes Tuesday's home sweep of Mission Valley awakens her team. The Falcons won 25-12, 25-20 and 25-16, 25-14.
"We took care of business," Corwine said. "We dug deep. We've gone through a lull. We are digging ourselves out of a hole."
Corwine is looking for one her senior-laden group to take the lead of this team.
"We need to get things going our way," she said.
West Franklin's hitters were on for the first time in awhile and the serve-receive was good.
"We can still get to our ultimate goal," Corwine said.
West Franklin (17-6) plays Tuesday at Council Grove.
