Powerwave said its board's charter is to provide guidance in the company's technology development and long-term roadmap and assess relevant technology and industry trends that will shape the future of wireless and its adoption in a range of strategic vertical markets.
The newly created Technical Advisory Board will meet quarterly and will be chaired by Khurram P. Sheikh, Powerwave's chief product and development officer.
Powerwave is a provider of wireless coverage and developer of capacity solutions.
