Ramtron Announces Third Quarter 2009 Earnings Date

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Oct 09, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- RMTR | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- U.S. semiconductor maker Ramtron International Corporation (Nasdaq:RMTR), a leading developer and supplier of nonvolatile ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) and integrated semiconductor products, plans to report financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009 after the close of market on October 22, 2009.

Management will conduct a conference call to discuss third quarter results that day at 5:00 PM Eastern time/4:00 PM Central time. The call will be webcast with an accompanying slide presentation, which can be accessed via a link on the Ramtron website home page.

A replay of the live conference call will be available from 6:00 PM Eastern time/5:00 PM Central time on October 22 until 11:59 PM Eastern time/10:59 PM Central time on October 30.
