BRADENTON, FL, Oct 12, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- SFMI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: SFMI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) announces the completion of funding for the installation and start up of its Diamond Creek Mill. The agreement was concluded with the Investor on very favorable terms for Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. It features repayment in gold bullion based on a percentage of the gold extracted from the tailings processed at the mill.

SFMI's President, Mr. Pierre Quilliam, stated, "Now that we have access to the total amount of money required for the assembly and opening of our Diamond Creek Mill in Owyhee County, the Board of Directors can devote its energies towards the planning and developing of the future mining operations inside War Eagle Mountain.
