Ralsky will oversee human resources operations for Orion including recruitment, selection, leadership and team development, and performance management.
Ralsky is the founder and owner of SLR Consulting, a Chicago-based firm specializing in management, leadership and executive coaching and development. Ralsky and SLR Consulting completed engagements with a primary focus on leadership and executive assessment and development for companies such as United Airlines, Kraft Foods, ITW, Grainger, and Aramark.
Prior to starting SLR Consulting 20 years ago, Ralsky served as chairman of management sciences at the Graduate School of Business at St. Bonaventure University, training director for Montgomery Ward, and corporate manager of management planning and development for PPG Industries.
Ralsky earned his Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from Michigan State University and his master's degree in labor industrial relations and bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Illinois. Ralsky is a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
