The warrants are in three series, exercisable at prices ranging from $3.05 to $3.95; the current share price means that one of the warrants is already in the money.
BluePhoenix will use the net proceeds to repay debt, finance potential acquisitions, and for general working capital.
BluePhoenix's share rose 2 percent at the opening on Nasdaq today to $2.14. The share fell 5.1 percent on the TASE today to NIS 11.74.
