Borussia Dortmund (also known as BVB--Ballspiel Verein Borussia) is one of the most outstanding teams in the Bundesliga, the German first division soccer league. BVB won the UEFA Cup Winners Cup in 1966 and they were the first German team ever to win this European title. Not only do the avatars mirror the look of the real team members, they are also each programmed with unique skills and strengths that are consistent with their abilities in real life. As a finishing touch for rounding out the authentic atmosphere in the game, the avatars are featured wearing the official BVB home jerseys of the current 09/10 season.
