Mr. Still's experience includes being the founding partner of RDC Advisors, LLC, a small to middle market investment advisory firm. Mr. Still has direct experience as the Chief Executive Officer of four companies serving the middle market: GovXcel, Inc., a municipal based software company; Afinitas, a start-up Internet company; Atlantic American Trust, a $700 million privately-held investment trust with holdings throughout the mid-Atlantic region; and Bell Atlantic Properties, the wholly-owned investment real estate arm of Bell Atlantic Corporation. Mr. Still held the position of vice president of planning and acquisitions for Bell Atlantic Capital Corporation, the diversified financial services arm of Bell Atlantic Corporation, and was responsible for all M&A activity for the $3 billion financial services subsidiary.
Mr. Still holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Amherst College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as a board member of various companies in the Philadelphia area, as well as in a volunteer capacity at a number of charitable, educational, and civic organizations.
