ENRGI selected ArrowStream OnDemand, a supply chain software solution, for its ability to drive cost savings and improve the bottom line, said ArrowStream.
ArrowStream OnDemand will synchronize and aggregate supply chain information from ENRGI restaurants and its distribution network and trading partners providing ENRGI with a centralized supply chain resource that enables informed and nimble inventory management, efficient and accurate spend rationalization, improved compliance management, increased restaurant automation and promotions management, according to ArrowStream.
Scott Harvey, senior vice president of manufacturing and supply chain at ENRGI, said: "We anticipate a steady rise in efficiencies and cost savings with ArrowStream OnDemand as we gain greater insight into our supply chain management processes. Our goal is to reduce category spend, control price variance, suffer fewer stock outs and rely less on inefficient manual processes, which will help us better control costs and implement improvements."
