Shah, who will also join the senior executive leadership team, will be responsible for X-Rite's financial functions including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, compliance and investor relations.
Most recently Shah served as executive VP and CFO of Cadence Innovation LLC and before that he was executive VP and CFO at Remy International Inc.
