For the third quarter of fiscal 2009, net sales were $21.24 million, up 16%, compared to $18.25 million for the same quarter of fiscal 2008.
Gross profit was $10.37 million, up 16%, compared to $8.94 million for the same quarter of fiscal 2008. Operating income was $2.85 million, up 22%, compared to $2.33 million for the same quarter of fiscal 2008.
Marc Crossman, president and CEO of Joe's Jeans, said: "We are pleased with our performance for the quarter with essentially all of our distribution channels, namely domestic women's, domestic men's, licensing, and retail, experiencing sales increases."
