"I've enjoyed working for K(12) for the past five years," said
Baule. "It's been an honor to be a part of a company that has done, and
will continue to do, so much good for children, families and educators.
Although this was a difficult decision, I believe it's the right time
for me to pursue new professional challenges. K(12) is an
outstanding company and I'm confident it will continue to thrive as a
leader in the education industry."

Ron Packard, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of K12 Inc., said, "We
greatly appreciate John's contributions to K(12) including the
role he played in the Company's successful IPO and expansion. In
addition, the financial processes and strong team built under John's
leadership have served the company well and will continue to serve it
well in the future."

Packard added the Company expects to appoint a Chief Financial Officer
in the near future.
