The new company, EdgeRock Realty Advisors, is a joint venture between FTI and Compass Advisers LLP, an investment banking and financial advisory firm.
Bruce Schonbraun, head of global real estate for FTI, will lead the investment banking firm as co-CEO with Stephen Waters, founder and managing partner of Compass Advisers.
The new firm is headquartered in New York City.
