ATLANTA, GA, Oct 20, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) --
MHK | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- On behalf of its client, Mohawk Industries, Binswanger is pleased to
announce the sale of a 342,352 sq. ft. building on 35 acres. The
property is located at 215 Pine Tree Lane in Dahlonega, Georgia.
Sale price is $2,100,000.

The buyer, Gold Creek Food, a subsidiary of Agora Foods, supplies
poultry to restaurants, institutions and grocery stores. Gold Creek is
expanding their operations and will utilize the plant in Dahlonega for
chicken processing and cooking. They are proceeding with renovations
needed for specialty equipment used in further processing of poultry.
Gold Creek plans to eventually employ as many as 1000 people in
Dahlonega.

The leading producer and distributor of flooring worldwide, Mohawk
Industries utilized the facility in Dahlonega as a carpet yarn
spinning facility since 1955.

David Barber, Senior Vice President of Binswanger, stated, "We were
very excited to be a part of this transaction, which will result in
the creation of so many new jobs in Dahlonega." Industrial
Properties Group represented the buyer.
