Oakdale-based Imation's revenue of $401.3 million fell short of Wall Street's expectations. Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected revenue of $449 million for the quarter ending Sept. 30.
But the company beat the earnings expectations of the analysts with net income of 14 cents a share, excluding restructuring and related charges. The consensus of the analysts polled was 10 cents a share on the same basis.
