Oct 20, 2009 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- FCN | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- FTI Consulting, Inc., a business advisory firm, has entered into a joint venture with Compass Advisers L.L.P., an investment banking and financial advisory firm, to form a new company EdgeRock Realty Advisors, an investment banking firm. All the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

EdgeRock will advise real estate companies, owners and institutional investors on M&A and divestiture transactions, private capital raising, and IPO and other capital markets strategies.
