In the most recent quarter, which ended Sept. 30, leases on 258,578 square feet were signed and went into effect. That compares with 209,967 square feet in the year-before quarter.
The Radnor company owns and manages urban and suburban office and industrial space in Pennsylvania; New Jersey; Delaware; the Washington area; Richmond, Va.; Austin, Texas; and California.
Overall in the third quarter, the company signed leases for 724,520 square feet of space, including deals that take effect in future quarters.
