Under the terms of the new contract, Ticketmaster will provide an automated ticket system--including the design, implementation, maintenance and support of AccessManager and MailManager software, equipment and service requirements--to support all ticketed events at the above mentioned venues. The San Antonio facilities host hundreds of events annually, with more than 2 million fans and convention delegates streaming through their gates each year.

Currently in its 16th year of operation, the Alamodome is a multi-purpose sports and entertainment facility that can be configured to accommodate a wide variety of sporting events, concerts, trade shows and conventions of all types and sizes. It has four levels of seating and a maximum capacity of 65,000. Within the past six years, the venue has annually averaged approximately 123 event days and over 850,000 attendees. Examples of arena and stadium level events include Disney on Ice, Ringling Bros. Barnum & Bailey Circus and NCAA basketball as well as the Valero Alamobowl, U.S. Army All-American Bowl, Dallas Cowboys Training Camp, Monster Jam and more.
The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center plays host to more than 300 events each year, with more than 750,000 convention delegates from around the world. The Center spans 1.3 million square feet to include 59 meeting rooms, three ballrooms, four exhibit halls and seven registration areas. The Convention Center hosts a variety of events including conventions, trade and consumer shows, as well as meetings and private events. Adjoined to the Convention Center, the Lila Cockrell Theatre is a three-level, 2,521-seat performing arts theatre. Although it is designed for performing arts such as ballet, symphony, and drama, the venue is also utilized for large general assemblies with multimedia presentations.
The historic Municipal Auditorium, originally built in 1926, plays host to a variety of trade, consumer, public, family and entertainment shows, conventions, civic and community events, meetings, concerts, plus sporting events. Seating is available within two levels of the facility at a capacity of 4,924.
