John Chapple is the President of Hawkeye Investments LLC and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Yahoo! Inc., Cbeyond Communications Inc., SeaMobile Enterprises, and Telesphere Networks Ltd.

Chapple joins the Board of Directors to provide additional support and direction during Jobvana.com's rapid growth. Prior to forming Hawkeye Investments LLC, Chapple served as Chairman and CEO of Nextel Partners, a provider of digital wireless services throughout the U.S. With more than 26 years of experience in the cable television and wireless communications industries, Chapple also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Syracuse University, and the Advisory Board of the University of Washington's Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs.
John Mark Duncan from Rally Capital LLC was also named to the Jobvana.com Board of Directors. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Telesphere Networks Ltd. and is a Board observer for Telecom Transport Management (TTM). Rally Capital LLC is a private investment firm that specializes largely in the communications industry, with a direct focus on wireless and next-generation telecommunication technologies and services.
