October 22, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- AudioCodes (NASDAQ: AUDC | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) is notifying holders of its 2.00% Senior convertible notes due 2024 that the expiration time of their option has been extended until midnight, Eastern time, on November 9, 2009, from the previous expiration time, on November 9, 2009.
Except for this extension of time, all other terms of the Put Option remain unchanged.
In order to exercise the Put Option, a holder must follow the procedures set forth in the applicable notice delivered to holders. Holders may withdraw any previously tendered notes pursuant to the terms of the Put Option at any time prior to 12: 00 midnight, eastern time, on November 9, 2009.
