Addison Avenue Credit Union recently turned to Saba for ways to innovate people processes and procedures. The organization recognized the importance of using a unified OnDemand platform for performance and learning management as it sought to implement new strategic HR processes to support its 400 employees in nine states and Puerto Rico. Additionally many faculty who teach face-to-face classes use Saba Centra as a supplemental tool to offer virtual office hours, to pre-record a lecture, or to archive live class sessions that can be made available for student review. UT Knoxville moved to OnDemand this past summer after using an on-premise solution for over ten years.
