Profits for the July-to-September quarter were down 91.4 percent from a year earlier, while revenue fell by one-third during the same period. The Colorado Springs-based semiconductor company lost $6.58 million, or 24 cents a share, during the first three quarters of the year, mostly as a result of restructuring expenses. That compares with a profit of $2.75 million, or 10 cents a share, from the same period a year ago. Revenue for the period was down 29.9 percent to $33.1 million.
