NSN 1680-01-233-0061, Solicitation SPM4A7-10-R-0164, PR IQC09294009020. This proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract is for a Firestarter, Aviation Survival, Sparklite. The procurement item description cites Penn State Investigations Inc., CAGE 1HP49, P/N SL3. Approved source is Penn State Investigations Inc., CAGE 1HP49. This procurement is Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Soliciting for an Indefinite Quantity contract for a base year and four option years. Estimated Annual Demand for all five years is 5,460 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 1,365 each for the base year only. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 36 days ARO. Surge is not required. This is a Life Support Equipment item.
