NOTICE TEXT: Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Procurement and Grants Office (Atlanta) RECOVERY - Delivery Order Notification THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a delivery order against an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (Contract No. 200-2009-30523) to Merck and Co., Inc. for the following vaccines: Pneumovax(R) / NDC: 00006-4943-00 / 39,730 doses Zostavax(R) /NDC 00006-4963-41 / 35,808 doses Varivax(R) /NDC 00006-4827-00 / 9,833 doses Gardasil(R) /NDC: 00006-4045-41 / 40,679 doses MMR II(R) /NDC: 00006-4681-00 / 6,694 doses The delivery order will be funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This opportunity is available only to Merck and Co., Inc. under Contract Number 200-2009-30523 which was previously competed and awarded in fiscal year 2009 This is not a request for competitive proposals, nor is a solicitation available. This notice is provided for informational purposes under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Program.
