The announcement of the kickoff time for Virginia's Nov. 7 game at Miami has been delayed by ABC/ESPN and Raycom and will be determined no later than noon Sunday. The Duke at North Carolina game Nov. 7 will start at 3 p.m. and the announcement of the starting times for the other Saturday games -- Florida State at Clemson, Wake Forest at Georgia Tech and Maryland at N.C. State -- also is delayed until no later than Sunday.
