Net loss attributable to common stockholders was USD2.5m for the third quarter ended 30 September 2009, compared to net income of USD28.8m for the same quarter in 2008.
SL Green reported revenues for the third quarter of 2009 of USD249.6m, down by USD18.7m or 7.0% from USD268m, while EBITDA was USD141.7m, a decrease of USD9.0m or 6.0%, compared to USD150.7m in the same period in 2008.
The above decrease is mainly due to lower investment income and greater loan loss reserves in 2009 compared to 2008.
