Catalin Ghisoiu, 28, is now accused of taking money bags from a restaurant employee who was making a night deposit drop at PNC Bank, 3830 Pine Ave., about 1 a.m. Nov. 29. Police said Ghisoiu was hiding in the bushes and jumped out when the employee's car drove up. He was charged with robbery, theft by unlawful taking, possessing a prohibited weapon, and receiving stolen property. Ghisoiu is already in the Erie County Prison on several other charges of armed robbery that police said occurred in late 2008 and early 2009.
