To help customers select the software that is right for them, Office Depot store associates have undergone Windows 7 training, making Office Depot the smart destination for the purchase of Windows 7 software or a Windows 7-based PC.
As part of the Windows 7 launch, Office Depot said customers can take advantage of the following free deals:
- Free Installation of Windows 7 no matter where a customer purchases the product (Valid 10/22/09 - 1/2/10.)
- Over $1,000 worth of software, after instant, mail-in and/or upgrade savings, when purchased with any Windows 7 or Microsoft Office software (Valid 10/22/09 - 12/26/09.)
- Coupon book with over $300 in storewide savings when a customer purchases Windows 7 (valid 10/22/09 - 11/21/09.)
- Free online tutorials to help customers get started using Windows 7
"Office Depot is very excited about the nationwide launch of Windows 7, and we are providing unbelievable deals and value bundles for Office Depot customers looking to purchase the software or a new Windows 7-based PC," said Steve Mahurin, Executive Vice President of Merchandising for Office Depot. "And to take it a step further, Office Depot will be offering customers the option to purchase service and support plans through Tech Depot Services that will help to correctly install, customize and optimize Windows 7 according to the specific needs of each customer."
