According to the airline, Calgary and Vancouver will receive a weekly service from Zurich, Switzerland from May 31, 2010 to September 14, 2010.
The flights will be operated by Swiss International Air Lines's sister carrier Edelweiss Air under a codeshare agreement. The new flights can also be combined with any other LX-designated service to or from North America.
The weekly flights to Calgary and Vancouver will be operated using an Airbus A330 aircraft seating 32 in business class and 275 in economy.
