Customers who purchased tickets prior to Tuesday for travel in the Denver Metro area on Wednesday and Thursday will be able to make one change to their travel plans without a change fee if they have not yet started their travel.
For customers who have already started their travel, rules and restrictions related to change fees, advance purchase, day or time applications, blackouts and minimum or maximum stay requirements have been waived.
Changes must be made by midnight on Thursday and travel must be completed by 5 November 2009.
