While presiding over a high level meeting, here Senior Minister said that before the end of fiscal year, utilization of funds should be ensured. He said that ADP review meetings should be held on monthly basis and divisional heads should put up their reports. He observed that instead of 20 per cent utilization, more percentage should be ensured and monthly progress reports should be monitored. The meeting also discussed district-wise development reports.
Senior Minister was informed that in D.G Khan five schemes at Rs.1154 million, eight schemes in Sargodha at Rs. 113 million, four schemes in Faisalabad at Rs. 722 million and 15 schemes in Lahore at Rs.884 million are under completion while a total of 11 developmental schemes at Rs.1103 million would be completed. He ordered to convene review meeting on 15th of every month.
