Today, Advocate Abdul Sattar Pirzada filed counter affidavit/ comments of Privatisation & Investment Ministry & Finance Ministry. Advocate Abdul Mujeeb Pirzada for petitioner stated counter affidavit/ comments were yet not filed by Secretary Cabinet Division. Counsels for petitioner & respondents PTCL & M/s Etisalat Telecom stated Supreme Court had passed order regarding implementing certain parties on October 16, 2009 or hearing was being proceeded to certain parties in this petition.
Court order said: The copy of such order was not yet received by this court. Consequently, petitioners counsel may file rejoinder to comments filed by respondents. Hearing adjourned also for awaiting order from SC till November 17, 2009. Interim order passed earlier to continue till next date.
