Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (SFMI) Reports on Diamond Creek Mill Progress

MURPHY, ID, Nov 02, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- SFMI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Silver Falcon Mining, Inc (PINKSHEETS: SFMI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) announces that the permanent Diamond Creek Mill office is now on site and fully functional. The administrative personnel has been hired and will start as soon as their presence is required on site. In the meantime they will train in the various programs they will be using as part of their job description. The weather is still cooperating with SFMI, leaving the mountain free of snow and the Company anticipates that transport of the ore from the War Eagle Mountain's tailing piles will commence during the week. The mill circuit and other equipment stored at its former site in Melba, Idaho have already started its move on the way to the Diamond Creek Mill site in Owyhee County.

SFMI has bought additional equipment to boost production up slightly at the start of operations and, also, has purchased a new "Rod Mill" coming in April 2010, which should more than double the mill's production capacity. Contractors will be pouring the mill building's foundation in the ensuing days ahead. Site development continues as the road accessing the mill and the reshaping of the property surface is well under way.
