With over 15 years' experience in corporate law, litigation and compliance, Rivera since 2006 has served as VP and associate general counsel to The Clorox Company, overseeing its global compliance programme, delivery of legal services to its international businesses, as well as employment counselling and litigation worldwide.
Earlier Rivera served as general counsel to Rockwell Automation's Automation Control and Information Group, as well as vice president Law and chief litigation counsel to Rockwell.
