The Nepalese government's road department awarded the contract under road improvement project, Madhucon Projects said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The scheme is funded by Exim Bank of India, it said.
Madhucon Projects has already commissioned its first project of widening Bharatpur-Mahua section of the National Highway 11 in India's northern state of Rajasthan under built, operate and transfer (BOT) scheme, it said.
It had undertaken the construction work to convert a 2- lane section of the NH-11 into 4-lanes under National Highways Development Project phase-IIIA, it said.
The toll revenue collection on this section of the NH-11 has commenced since May 2009.
