Trapeze Software is a Canada-based provider of software, intelligent transportation systems (ITS) and mobile technologies in the passenger transportation industry.
Announcement (September 1, 2009):
Constellation Software has entered into an agreement to acquire PT solutions business of Continental.
PT provides solutions for public urban passenger transport. Following the transaction, PT will be renamed Trapeze ITS.
The transaction is expected to close on September 30, 2009.
