Ultimark Products acquires three shampoo businesses from Prestige Brands Holdings

Ultimark Products is engaged in the acquisition, development and strategic marketing of consumer products. Both the companies are based in the US.
The acquisition of three shampoo businesses includes Prell(R) Shampoo, Denorex(R) Dandruff Shampoo, and Zincon(R) Dandruff Shampoo from the Prestige Brands Holdings' Personal Care segment.
Under the terms of the agreement, Prestige Brands will receive an upfront payment of $8 million in cash, followed by a subsequent payment of $1 million on October 28, 2010.
