Kenexa Teams With Jobfox to Support ResumePal as the First Universal Standard Online Job Application

Kenexa has joined Jobfox to support ResumePal, the recruiting industry's first universally accepted online employment application. ResumePal is seamlessly integrated with Kenexa's award-winning applicant tracking system, Kenexa Recruiter(R) BrassRing (KRB), and is available immediately for KRB customers at no additional cost.

The fastest and easiest way for candidates to apply for employment over the web or mobile web devices, ResumePal is the job equivalent to popular e-payment methods, enabling candidates to establish a secure, universal online career profile. Using that profile, candidates can quickly apply to any company that accepts ResumePal by simply entering their ResumePal ID and password. Instead of spending hours filling out separate individual applications for each employer, candidates use ResumePal to populate these long job applications in just two-clicks over a web browser or mobile web device such as an iPhone or BlackBerry.

Subsequent updates made to a candidate's profile -- such as contact information, continued education, additional skills and most recent professional experience -- can be propagated everywhere that a candidate has applied using ResumePal, keeping employers current with each applicant's latest credentials and contact details.

Employers also benefit from ResumePal through the ability to quickly and easily identify the most qualified applicants for each position through Jobfox's patent pending, skills-based matching technology. In addition, employers stand to reduce online recruitment advertising costs through ResumePal. Typically, at least 50% of the candidates visiting an employer's career website today leave the site without applying to any jobs, wasting employment advertising dollars. Because ResumePal is a fast and easy way for candidates to apply, employers may obtain more applications per recruitment advertising dollar spent, in turn giving employers a broader selection of applicants for each position -- at a reduced cost.
