MXIM | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Intelleflex Corporation, a provider of radio frequency identification (RFID) solutions, products and technologies, has acquired the RFID intellectual property (IP) of Maxim Integrated Products, Inc., a designer and developer of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products. Both the companies are based in the US.

In exchange for the assets, Maxim Integrated Products will receive an equity position in Intelleflex.

Intelleflex has reached a definitive agreement with Maxim Integrated Products to acquire its engineering team, a body of design works and related IP.
